Inspirational, Unique, and Exquisite Purchase

I dabble in cooking and decided a to purchase the Karu 16 Onni pizza oven 3 years ago. Our favorite local, wood-stove pizza restaurant moved and there was only local franchise pizzas. I think we all agree a wood fired pizza is unlike any other. Shout out to King Dough in Indy who built a clay oven from the back of a pickup truck. They inspired me to search for a piece of art that could produce an amazing pie.
I leaned on friends and Tony as I built the oven. I went with a combo wood and gas unit. I designed the base around the oven. It is perfect for the space, and the pies are exceptional. Hands down the best purchase for anyone looking for a professional grade pizza oven

After leaving a inquiry on the website, I promptly received a call from Tony Piombo. I explained to him our needs and he worked with us to choose and customize an oven to meet them. Recognizing that our oven was the heart of our kitchen, Tony went the extra mile to make sure that our new oven was ready for us quickly. Our new oven is now in our kitchen and performing beautifully! Our pizzas have never cooked better and we are even changing some recipes and expanding our menu to utilize this amazing piece of craftsmanship. He and his team delivered on time and also helped us set up with a crane company down in Orange County to help install the oven to the backyard. Anthony makes an amazing oven. I've had the oven for 15 months and we use it almost every week. It's a ton of fun for the family. Every weekend I feel like I'm going on an Italian vacation. The pizza oven gets hot, retains it's heat and we use it to cook so much more than pizza. We've done chicken, veggies, steaks, breads and I'm trying ribs for the first time. I highly recommend you get a thermo couple reader. It really helps you dial in the cooking of the oven. When I keep the inner team at 900F the oven turns out amazing pizza's with a great leopard pattern on the crust. The next day the oven is hot enough to slow cook ribs in. I have a bunch of friends waiting to come over for pizza post covid.
